I am encountering the same problem as our colleague above. The problem is that I have limited Flash knowledge and I am not really sure about how to customize the component...
I have found another component, CountdownFX from the developers at www.flashxml.net
It's free and I used their live chat to quickly customize and install the component. I was really impressed with the support they give, plus it's a free component.
