   I was trying to use this amazing form, but it would not work?
   I loaded all like every other form but yours refused to work?

   Step by step :
   for install this app in your server (for php support) you just to need 4 files
   1:contact.php_safe
   2:license.txt
   3:ContactForm.swf
   4:help.txt
   ....
   After extract zip file, copy these files to the new folder
   open the contact.php_safe file with Notepad++ or any editor
   in line 10 : place your email in between " "
   And copy this in the new file and save it in php format (example: contact.php) and then upload to your host with Ftp ..
   you should create new folder in the "root"
   for example : http://example.com/anyname/
   Just this..finish!!
